I originally had a small issue with issue with the watch. Issue bring it appeared the minute hand had fallen off the shaft. I contacted support and uploaded a video of the issue. Within a week I received a new watch. Top notch support.

Great looking watch, the face has many dials but don't seem to be adjustable. Once I got it, I was slightly disappointed that it was smaller than it looked in the picture. Still a great buy for any Transformers fan.
